Nov 5 — JD.com and Midea Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement to partner on omnichannel retail, data-driven procurement, enterprise services and integrated domestic and international supply chains. They set a joint omnichannel sales target of 238.8 billion yuan for the next three years and said they will combine JD.com's super supply chain with Midea's advanced manufacturing to expand domestic and overseas consumer markets.
