China and Gabon elevated bilateral ties to a China–Gabon community of shared
future and committed to deepen cooperation. They pledged to use zero tariffs to
mutually support Gabon’s export expansion, investment attraction and job
creation; China encouraged Gabon to make full use of the zero-tariff scheme and
the African agricultural exports “green channel” to broaden and increase
shipments to China. Both sides reaffirmed intent to deepen mining cooperation
and welcomed an MoU on geological and mineral cooperation.
