Ukraine presidential office chief Budanov said on Nov 6 he will lead Kyiv’s
delegation to trilateral talks with the US and Russia in Abu Dhabi on Nov 10-11.
He said he does not expect a breakthrough but called the resumption of
face-to-face talks after several months a positive signal for the negotiation
process and restoring stressed direct contact is important.
