Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister: In the past few weeks, we have worked with the US government to de-escalate regional tensions. The US government's intention to reach a solution remains after the midterm elections. We cannot wait for a perfect agreement; we hope to reach a good one. We should not listen to the voices of radicals who want to hijack the negotiation process. We have accomplished much, and I believe we can reach a solution. I have spoken with all the foreign ministers in the region to push for a solution. The Iranian issue cannot remain unresolved; we cannot afford another escalation. The recent escalation has brought no benefit to the region. The best way to unite all parties in the region is to address their concerns.
