According to Russia's TASS news agency, citing official data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance, Western countries have provided nearly $212 billion in direct financial aid to Ukraine since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in February 2022. This funding includes only financial aid and does not include support such as weapons, military equipment, ammunition, other equipment, intelligence services, or training for the Ukrainian armed forces. Of this, the European Union provided over $85 billion, making it the largest source of financial aid to Ukraine during this period.
