The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released draft guidance on its third round of Medicare drug price negotiation plans, which include policies that will improve transparency in negotiations, prioritize high-cost prescription drugs for inclusion in Medicare, and minimize the negative impact of negotiated fair maximum prices on U.S. drug innovation.
