Chang-Yong Lee, Governor of the Bank of Korea: The won has appreciated significantly in the past two months, but I think this is mainly due to the special situation we are in. Previously, due to political risks and economic slowdown, the won actually depreciated far more than the fundamentals could explain. So in a sense, the appreciation we have observed in the past two months is actually a kind of "normalization" of the currency.
