At the morning close, the main domestic futures contracts saw more gains than losses, with coking coal up over 5%, coke up nearly 4%, glass up over 3%, soda ash up nearly 3%, and alumina up nearly 2%. Among the decliners, red dates and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fell by nearly 1%.
