Hubei A-shares continued their strong performance, with Wuhan Holdings and Hubei Broadcasting and Television both rising for two consecutive days, while Ligong Optoelectronics and East Lake Hi-Tech surged over 6%. On October 16th, Li Dianxun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hubei Province, conducted research in Wuhan on the management reform of state-owned "three assets" and convened a meeting to promote and deploy key tasks. The three principles of "assetization of all state-owned resources, securitization of all state-owned assets, and leverage of all state-owned funds" are being implemented.
