According to the Wall Street Journal: The White House and Navy officials have started preliminary talks on replacing U.S. warships.

1. Claiming the stock market is stronger because of tariffs – Trump: "Thanks to tariffs, the stock market is stronger than ever." 2. Indicating a meeting with the Brazilian president – Trump said he would meet with Brazilian President Lula da Silva and possibly reduce tariffs.
