Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority on the 3rd announced a temporary suspension of air traffic and closure of Kuwait’s airspace. A Kuwait Defense Ministry spokesperson said multiple Iranian drones struck Terminal 1 of Kuwait International Airport on the 3rd, causing severe damage to the terminal and injuries.

On the three-year anniversary of RCEP's full implementation, the Customs Guangdong branch reported that since June 2, 2023 Guangdong ports recorded 53.8 bln yuan of imports eligible for RCEP preferences, generating 1.4 bln yuan in tariff reductions. Tariff relief rose sharply for three consecutive years, up 8.81% in 2023, 32.35% in 2024 and 32.12% in 2025. Customs said it has streamlined RCEP clearance, guided firms on applying RCEP origin rules to choose optimal preferential treatment, promoted approved-exporter status and stacked benefits with Customs' high-level certified enterprises, sustaining the release of tariff-relief gains.

Galicia regional government said SAIC Motor will invest an initial €200m to build its first European electric-vehicle factory in Ferrol, A Coruña. The plant is targeted to produce 120,000 vehicles a year and is expected to create more than 2,300 jobs. Construction is slated to begin in 2027 with commercial operation targeted by end-2028. The project includes an industrial zone near the local port for vehicle assembly and shipment.
