Maritime intelligence firm Tanker Tracker said early on June 17 that satellite imagery on June 15 verified at least two National Iranian Tanker Company very large crude carriers had exited a US Navy blockade line carrying about 3.8 mln barrels of Iranian crude — Iran’s first crude exports in nearly two months. The firm added NITC’s tanker Strim was leaving Pakistan’s exclusive economic zone after being held there for seven weeks awaiting return to an Iranian port.

IDC reports China non-IA chip server shipments reached 1.423 mln units in 2025, up 24.3% YoY versus overall market growth of 4.4%. Huakun Zhenyu led vendor shipments with a 13.7% share. Over 80% of units were general-purpose servers; edge inference demand is a primary driver of unit growth.

China's Ministry of Transport and seven other ministries issued an Implementation Action Plan for Multimodal Transport and Bottleneck Removal (2026–2030) to accelerate a modern intermodal network. The plan seeks, by 2030 and over roughly five years of implementation, to upgrade about 1,000 major freight nodes to enhance intermodal functions and to raise the one-hour transshipment rate above 90%. It targets coastal ports achieving an 80% rail inbound rate and major Yangtze River trunk ports achieving 100% rail inbound. The plan also calls for breakthroughs in container rail‑sea security inspection optimization and standardized rules, including a unified single-document system referred to as one bill.
