The meeting called for targeted measures to raise the capability and standards of the six-net plan. For the computing-power network, it requires systematic planning and flexible supply: increase compute capacity, deepen compute interconnection, and strengthen coordination between power and compute. For the next-generation communications network, it emphasizes ubiquitous high-speed coverage and integrated enabling: accelerate construction of national internet backbone direct-connect nodes, push 6G R&D and commercial deployment, expand dual 10G network rollout, and advance satellite network applications.
