At Gree Electric Appliances' 2025 annual shareholders' meeting on June 30, chair Dong Mingzhu said exports had underperformed and the company will accelerate improvements. She said an overhaul of overseas sales channels is urgent and that the company will implement major reforms to its operating model. Dong noted Gree still has significant overseas growth potential as its product mix has expanded beyond air conditioners.
