China's CSI 500 index futures main contract (IC) rose more than 1.0% intraday, trading at 8,849.2 points.

After the US Commerce Department lifted export controls on Claude Fable 5 and MYTHOS 5, ANTHROPIC said Fable 5 will be available worldwide on the Claude platform tomorrow and it will seek to re-enable access on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Foundry as soon as possible. Pro, Max, Team and Select Enterprise customers will have access, with usage capped at 50% of weekly capacity through July 7. ANTHROPIC said it will continue coordinating with the US government to expand MYTHOS 5 access under the Glasswing program to additional US and international partners and will work with Amazon, Microsoft, Google and other Glasswing partners to develop a framework for assessing AI jailbreak severity.
