Market sources say Goldman Sachs has reportedly hired Drummond Rice from Blackstone for an equity capital markets role.

Inditex said on Friday senior executive Beatrice Pardin has left the group after more than 40 years, including 25 years as head of Zara womenswear. Pardin, a member of Inditex’s management committee since 2021, will be replaced by Alfredo Ferro, currently director of Zara’s Basic line. Inditex is repositioning toward higher-priced, more premium apparel and pursuing exclusive collaborations with designers and photographers, citing recent tie-ups with John Galliano and pop star Bad Bunny. Zara has been central to those fashion moves but its growth has slowed in recent years.
