It seeks to expand pediatric drug options, deepen medtech–clinical collaboration and boost R&D of core technologies, components and finished high‑end devices. The plan also promotes AI across the pharma and medtech value chain and instructs improvement of health‑insurance support mechanisms, including refinement of the innovative‑drug reimbursement/catalogue.
