AWS韩国公司16日在首尔总部举行记者会，发布AI驱动开发方法论（AI-DLC）及基于规范（Spec）的开发工具Kiro，试图解决当前AI编程“代码生成快、交付效率低、安全风险高”等痛点。AWS表示，目前94%的企业在软件开发中引入AI后未达到预期效果，原因在于现有AI工具主要聚焦编码环节，而编码仅占整个开发流程约20%。AI-DLC则将AI贯穿需求设计、开发、测试及运维全生命周期，通过持续验证、人工审批和全流程留痕，实现代码、需求文档、设计文档和运维手册同步生成。AWS称，韩国多家企业已取得明显成效：LG电子MS事业部开发效率提升一倍，CJ Olive Young在3天内完成5个项目MVP，大型B2B平台项目开发周期由两周缩短至一周。与此同时，AWS推出开发工具Kiro，可先生成需求和设计文档，再进行代码开发，并集成自动测试、安全检查及外部系统连接等功能。AWS公布的测试结果显示，在相同模型下，Kiro的开发成本可降至同类工具的六分之一至十分之一。

Analyst Charles Shum said TSMC (TSM.N)’s upcoming earnings briefing will concentrate on its 2026 capex plans — specifically whether it can support a larger spending program amid persistent tightness in advanced-node and advanced-packaging capacity — and how it plans to respond to competition from Intel’s EMIB-T advanced packaging and Tesla’s Terafab project.

In May, Xi and Putin met in Beijing and agreed to extend the treaty; under the two leaders' strategic guidance they will uphold the treaty's principles and expand mutually beneficial cooperation across sectors, aiming to increase benefits for both populations and add stability and development confidence globally.
