To lower intelligent-input costs, the city encourages industrial cloud platforms to offer low-code agent development, free trials, token experience vouchers and preferential compute plans; subsidies of up to 40 mln yuan for leasing non-affiliated compute resources for industrial model/agent R&D. Subsidies up to 5 mln yuan each for invoking or privately deploying third‑party models and for purchasing high-quality training corpora for industrial model and agent development.
