An adviser to Ukraine's interior minister said Ukrainian strikes have reduced Russia's oil refining capacity.

Kuwait fire service said an Iranian attack sparked multiple fires and injured several firefighters. Crews brought two fires under control this afternoon local time; in one area several firefighters and one oil-sector worker were injured and the site came under attack again during firefighting. Firefighters also extinguished three smaller blazes in residential areas caused by falling shrapnel; those incidents caused no casualties.

Kuwait military says it is currently intercepting missiles and drones launched from Iran.
