Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it struck US military radar, communications and satellite facilities in Kuwait with missiles and drones.

Total turnover on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges was RMB 2,957.09 bln on July 21, up RMB 254.97 bln from the prior trading day. Shanghai turnover was RMB 1,396.52 bln with volume 735 mln lots (prior: RMB 1,294.65 bln, 709 mln lots). Shenzhen turnover was RMB 1,560.58 bln with volume 836 mln lots (prior: RMB 1,407.48 bln, 773 mln lots). Zhongji Xuchuang recorded the largest single-stock turnover at RMB 51.30 bln, followed by Xinyisheng RMB 39.88 bln, Zhaoyi Innovation RMB 33.09 bln, Dongshan Precision RMB 32.71 bln and Cambricon RMB 22.09 bln.

Mohammad Karami, commander of the IRGC ground forces, inspected Persian Gulf coastal areas and strategic islands and reviewed units under the 'Madinah Outpost Base.' He said sustained training, rapid‑response capability and a robust IRGC ground presence are central to protecting Persian Gulf waters, and ordered reinforcement of civilian defense networks and expansion of Basij forces to secure islands. Karami criticized the U.S. military posture in the region and said the IRGC is closely monitoring cross‑regional movements and continuously adjusting and enhancing defenses to counter potential threats.
