EU member states are poised to approve a sanctions package that would allow Greek shipowner Dynagas to continue transporting Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) to third countries for 12 months, renewable; the deal requires approval by EU27 representatives on Thursday. LNG shipments would be capped at 2025 levels. The package would also extend a $44.10-per-barrel price cap on Russian oil for one year to limit Moscow's fossil-fuel revenue.
