China A-share compute-capacity stocks jumped at the open: Zhengtong Electronics and Hongbo hit daily up-limits, Ruijie Networks rose over 9%, with Litong Electronics, Dongyi Risheng, Jingang Photovoltaic, Qunxing Toys and Aoruid also higher. The 15th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development instructs that new data centers be co-planned with renewable generation and calls for categorically identifying and unlocking the temporal and spatial flexibility of computing loads.
