美国外交关系协会高级研究员查尔斯·库普钱表示，虽然他认为美伊双方有可能就霍尔木兹海峡问题达成某种协议，但围绕伊朗核计划及其他核心问题达成全面和平协议，仍然遥不可及。他说：“我认为，双方可能建立一个重新开放霍尔木兹海峡的框架吗？有可能。但我认为，双方是否已经就核问题达成真正协议？绝对没有。这距离实现还非常遥远，甚至是否能够实现都仍存在疑问。”

At morning close, China's domestic futures main contracts were mixed: ferrosilicon up more than 4%; container-shipping Europe-route rates rose over 3%; 20# rubber, stainless steel (SS) and PTA gained over 2%; rubber and coking coal rose about 2%; rapeseed oil was up just over 1%. Lagging contracts included red dates (jujube) and SC crude oil, both down more than 1%; fuel oil and corn slipped nearly 1%.

Alibaba Cloud will add a skill center and IM channel and begin commercial charging for its Container Service Agent at 10:00 Beijing time on Sept. 3. Dialogues, autonomous intelligent O&M and scheduled-task functions will be chargeable. The change will not affect existing users’ settings or historical task records. Billing unit will be Credits; the Agent is free to activate and supports pay-as-you-go and prepaid resource-pack deductions. Model resource consumption from paid features will be converted into Credits for billing.
