Based on the emergency plan and assessed losses, CHINA STATE PLANNER, after an initial emergency central‑budget allocation of 60 mln yuan on July 14–15, has added 300 mln yuan to support post‑flood emergency recovery in the two provinces to restore normal production and daily life.
