The Canadian House of Commons website shows more than 200,000 Canadians have
signed a real-name petition calling for the expulsion of U.S. ambassador to
Canada Pete Hoekstra. As of the 16th, the petition accuses Hoekstra of
repeatedly making remarks that damage Canada-U.S. relations and of interfering
in Canadian domestic affairs, including normalizing President Trump's comment
threatening to annex Canada as the '51st state.'
