The Export-Import Bank of China said it extended nearly 500 billion yuan of new manufacturing loans in Jan–Jul, increasing resource tilt to support high-quality manufacturing and build a modern industrial system led by advanced manufacturing. Loans to advanced manufacturing totaled about 200 billion yuan, roughly 40% of the total; remaining new lending focused on traditional industry upgrades, emerging industries and early-stage investment in future industries.

Japan 5-year bond yield fell 2.5bps to 2.125%.
