The semiconductor cluster extended gains, with multiple stocks reaching limit-up. Seed industry stocks also surged—Wanxiang Denong lapped a third consecutive limit-up while other seed names recorded limit-ups or strong double-digit rises. Banks underperformed; Zheshang Bank and Changshu Bank fell more than 2%, while Minsheng Bank, Bank of Chongqing and Huaxia Bank declined.
