据报道，消息人士透露，港交所正研究将GEM创业板与主板合并，具体方式可能是在上市规则中新增一个章节。拟设立的上市规则第18D章（Chapter 18D）将成为港交所上市制度检讨第二阶段的重要组成部分，相关方案预计将在今年年底前进行公众咨询。消息人士称，将GEM与主板合并是重新激活表现不佳的GEM市场的一个选项。目前，GEM作为香港第二板市场，面临成交额低迷以及新上市公司数量减少等问题。截至周四，香港创业板共有306家公司，其总市值达到780亿港元（99亿美元）。主板市场共有2455家公司，总市值则达到了47.05万亿港元。

BYD will release H1 results on Friday. Jefferies flags margin performance as the key metric to gauge how quickly domestic profitability can recover in H2 2026. Other analysts are focused on whether overseas volumes — notably Europe and Latin America, which have become important sources of sales and earnings — can remain strong.
