Sept 1 — Shanghai Hejian Industrial Software Group Co., Ltd. released a next‑generation EDA product matrix featuring its first domestic Agentic EDA intelligent‑agent strategic system, China’s first 3D chip physical‑design tool for 3DICs, and a domestically developed advanced‑process‑node convergence tool. The company said the suite fills gaps in China’s commercial‑grade 3DIC physical design and EDA intelligent‑agent capabilities and replaces the traditional layered, patch‑based EDA tool model.

Hangzhou's draft 15th Five-Year Plan for financial development, published for comment, calls for leveraging capital-market reform to expand high-quality financial service clusters and develop securities, futures, fund management, valuation and accounting, fund-rating, money-broking and advisory/info-service firms while attracting accounting, legal and asset-appraisal intermediaries and allowing credit rating agencies to set up locally.
