Sept 1 — Shanghai Hejian Industrial Software Group Co., Ltd. released a
next‑generation EDA product matrix featuring its first domestic Agentic EDA
intelligent‑agent strategic system, China’s first 3D chip physical‑design tool
for 3DICs, and a domestically developed advanced‑process‑node convergence tool.
The company said the suite fills gaps in China’s commercial‑grade 3DIC physical
design and EDA intelligent‑agent capabilities and replaces the traditional
layered, patch‑based EDA tool model.
