Xiaomi launched the 18 Fold flagship tonight after more than 20 months of R&D. The device is the company’s highest‑end handset to date and marks the first inclusion of a mid‑folding form factor in the Xiaomi digital series. It ships with Xiaomi’s self‑developed Xuanjie O3 AI flagship processor, Surge OS 4 and a MiMo on‑device large model — the first Xiaomi terminal to combine the company’s in‑house chip, AI model and OS.
