Chengdu Bureau of Economy and Information Technology said on Sep. 11 it has posted a 30-day public consultation on the draft Chengdu Token Voucher Implementation Plan (Trial), led by the bureau and the Municipal New Economy Committee to support AI industry development. The draft sets out eligible recipients, voucher service providers, application and redemption procedures; single-entity support would cover up to 30% of actual purchase costs (up to 50% for micro/small enterprises), capped at 2 mln yuan per entity, with total annual city issuance not to exceed 100 mln yuan.
