Saudi Energy Ministry says the East-West oil pipeline serving the Riyadh and Medina regions was temporarily closed after multiple attacks.

China’s finance ministry published an implementation plan to accelerate high-quality development of agricultural insurance, directing stronger crop risk protection and expanded coverage for major commodities including staple grains, cotton, oilseeds, sugar and rubber. The plan calls for improving regional balance in agricultural insurance and refining premium-sharing mechanisms below the provincial level. It mandates a gradual reduction in county-level premium subsidy ratios in major grain-producing counties, promotion of full-cost and planting income insurance for rice, wheat, corn and soybeans, and expanded insurance support for potatoes, rapeseed, peanuts, sugar beet, highland barley and rice/wheat/corn seed production.
