Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun told a Sept. 14 briefing that BRICS have advanced industrial cooperation and set up platforms such as the New Industrial Revolution Partnership Innovation Base and the BRICS Industrial Capacity Center. China is willing to strengthen technology cooperation with BRICS, deepen industrial alignment and carry out capacity‑building projects to support higher‑quality, more resilient and more sustainable development.
