Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Authority updated its violator list, raising the total number of listed vessels to 77. The authority said listed ships will face transit restrictions, including fines, detention or confiscation. It warned insurers, P&I clubs and classification societies not to provide services to these vessels to avoid related consequences.

TrendForce said on the 14th that SK Hynix’s Q2 DRAM revenue rose 37.9% QoQ to $38.59bn, but its DRAM market share fell from 28.8% to 24.9% (down 3.9 percentage points). Samsung Electronics led with a 39.4% share; Micron held 23.3%, narrowing its gap with SK Hynix to 1.6 percentage points. TrendForce attributed SK Hynix’s share decline not to weak DRAM sales but to a heavier-than-peer mix of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and production-volume differences with Samsung.
