UK consumer inflation rose for a second consecutive month in August as vehicle fuel jumped, adding pressure on the Bank of England ahead of its policy decision. Ancai High-Tech deputy GM Wang Lu said at a Sept. 15 half‑year results meeting that domestic new PV installations in 1H 2026 were 72.07GW, down 66.04% YoY, leaving overall demand weak.
