The company will promote cross‑province processing of power‑supply business in Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta and Sichuan–Chongqing, and pilot cross‑grid coordination in Fujian–Guangdong and Heilongjiang–Hainan. It will align power‑service grids with local government grassroots governance grids, publish grid manager contact details and service hotlines, provide one‑stop policy consultation and business handling, and operate a closed‑loop demand collection, dispatch and feedback process to accelerate resolution of consumer electricity requests.
