Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and the Beijing Development and Reform Commission issued the Action Plan to Accelerate Development of the Token Economy (2026–2028). The plan calls for cultivating general-purpose and vertical-domain intelligent agents, supporting firms to develop agent products for individual and institutional clients, and encouraging internet platforms and agent service providers to collaborate to scale deployments in information consulting, commercial services and lifestyle services.
