Huawei Cloud upgraded its CodeArts coding assistant for HarmonyOS developers, launching "HarmonyOS coding large model + CodeArts HarmonyOS intelligent agent + HarmonyOS Developer Practice Center", and says this is the world’s first and only AI coding agent built specifically for the HarmonyOS ecosystem.

Turkey is considering consolidating fund assets frozen by regulators after last week’s string of defaults into a single asset pool to repay investors, a person familiar with the matter said. The pool could include assets held by 131 funds ordered liquidated by the Capital Markets Board (CMB). Policymakers are still debating which agency would manage the pool; the plan is at an early stage and subject to change. The Finance Ministry and the CMB declined to comment.
