The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Monday that during routine operations in the "Yellow Line" area an engineering vehicle ran over an explosive device; no personnel were injured. The IDF called the incident a blatant violation of the ceasefire by Hamas and said it struck Hamas infrastructure in response.

The State Council Information Office said China expects national marine GDP to exceed 13 trillion yuan by 2030 as authorities boost marine development, utilization and protection to drive higher-quality growth. Targets include marine biopharma value added surpassing 130 billion yuan by 2030, about 30% above 2025, and offshore wind capacity doubling to 100 GW.
