NIO CEO Li Bin expects the company’s battery-swap network to require more than 10 billion kWh by 2030 and said swap stations will increasingly demonstrate commercial and social value as new energy infrastructure.

On Sept. 27 evening Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic addressed the nation and announced his resignation. On Sept. 5 the Serbian Progressive Party central committee nominated Vucic as lead candidate on its parliamentary election list and as its candidate for prime minister; he accepted. On Sept. 9 Vucic signed a decree dissolving parliament and set early parliamentary elections for Oct. 25. Vucic was first elected president in April 2017 and re-elected in May 2022. Under the Serbian constitution presidential terms are five years and may be renewed once.
