Fox News, citing Finland's president, reported Google (GOOG.O) will invest at least $15.2 billion in Finland over the next two years.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said Beijing supports, per the UN Charter, selecting a secretary‑general who upholds the Charter, is highly capable, fair and upright, and that China will participate in the selection process responsibly with relevant parties.
