South Korea’s space agency said its domestically developed Nuri (World) launch
vehicle completed its fifth mission, placing five Earth-observation satellites
and 10 CubeSats into their planned orbits after a 12:25 local time launch from
the Naro Space Center in Goheung, South Jeolla. The flight is the fourth
consecutive Nuri success following a failed inaugural launch in 2021. A sixth
Nuri launch is planned for H2 2027, again targeting insertion of five
Earth-observation satellites.
