Nov 1 — Russian presidential aide Ushakov told a TV program President Vladimir Putin has never refused to hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. Ushakov said an initial round should be trilateral — Russia, the United States and Ukraine — with possible European participation later; he added Zelenskiy is signalling willingness to talk via various channels and said, If he wants to talk, let him come to Moscow.
