He urged coordinated, prioritized reforms to secure a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan, accelerate central reform tasks and fast-track implementation of key measures from the 20th Central Committee’s Third Plenum decision on deepening reform and advancing Chinese-style modernization. The meeting called for carrying out Fourth Plenum deployments, pairing policy support with reform-driven innovation, and anchoring efforts on achieving new-type industrialization. Key reform priorities highlighted were preserving a reasonable share for manufacturing, deepening integration of technological and industrial innovation, advancing informatization–industrialization convergence, and scaling up specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative SMEs.
