He added that objectives the US has failed to achieve by sanctions and war will not be achieved through further war.

Sweden's May core inflation (excluding energy) rose to 0.5% from 0% in April, slightly above the analyst median of 0.3% but below the Riksbank's March projection of 0.9%; the rate remains near a 30-year low.
