The 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee will meet in Beijing June 23-26. China's National Bureau of Statistics said raw coal production remained elevated. In May, raw coal output at industrial enterprises above designated size was 400 million tonnes, down 1.7% YoY; daily average 12.81 million tonnes. Jan–May output was 1.98 billion tonnes, down 0.3% YoY.
