Xu Hongcai reported on the review of the 2025 central final accounts draft and accompanying report, and the meeting examined a draft resolution to approve the 2025 central final accounts. Liu Qi reported on individual deputies' qualification reviews and related appointment/removal cases. The chairpersons' meeting decided to submit the revised drafts and draft decisions to the full NPC Standing Committee for consideration.
