Alibaba Cloud launched Qoder enterprise edition today, introducing QMind, a personal cloud knowledge base for enterprises, and a resource-pooled Credits paid model that lets enterprise administrators allocate quotas to members on demand. QMind aggregates RepoWiki, local files, URLs and other data sources into reusable personal or team assets. Developers using Qoder Desktop can access code semantics and document context across repositories for cross-repo development. QMind is listed on the official Skill market; enterprise users can invoke Skills from Qoder Desktop via dialogue to create, read, update and delete knowledge-base entries.

The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-level Meeting on Global AI Governance will be held in Shanghai July 17-20. On July 7 the Shanghai municipal government held a press briefing; city leaders and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Shanghai Commission of Economy and Informatization and Donghao Lansheng Group outlined preparatory progress.
